What kind of therapy do you offer?
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and focus on REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques. I also offer EFT which has been shown to help with emotional regulation, reducing cortisol, anxiety and improving mood.
What can you help me with?
I work with adults of all ages and specialise in anxiety, assertiveness, OCD, PTSD, phobias, parenting, career stress, depression, IBS, panic attacks, relationship issues, procrastination, big life decisions, and more, both short and long term.
How will we
work together?
We begin with a free introduction by phone. You can ask any further questions and we can discuss what you'd like to achieve and your experience of any therapy to date. Together we can agree the best way forward.

How much does it cost?
Sessions are £65 for 50 minutes. Most people start with 10–12 sessions. Reduced rates available for concessions, please email to ask. Please note reduced rates must be agreed before starting therapy.
